Wow! what a great day. After good hot coffee and a scrumptious fresh sweet cinnamon sweet roll at Two Sisters Cafe. I was ready for our Rainbow Boat Tour of Katechmak Bay. Sea otters near the kelp beds sleeping.

Rock islands covered with native  birds covering them.  Salmon, Jelly fish and sea urchins. Bald eagles nesting. On the way back to Homer we saw humpback whale.

Carol, Tracy and myself arrived in Seldovia. A small village on the east side of the bay. Lovely town. We ate lunch at Perry’s Cafe.

Warm tasty smoked salmon soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Hit the spot after the tour around the bay, chilly breezes. The three of us had a great time walking down to the old boardwalk. Looking at the old fishing houses on stilts.
